Robert Leach - Director

Rob is a qualified Architect registered with the RIBA and ARB. Following completion of his Diploma at the University of Portsmouth in 2001, he went on to work with respected Architectural practices in Herefordshire and the Cotswolds before setting up RL:A in 2014.

During his years in practice he has developed an appreciation and understanding of historic timber framed and natural stone buildings, as well as an enthusiasm for the arts and crafts movement, to accompany a passion for modernism and neoplasticism.

Nathalie Toso - Director

Nathalie studied Management and Economics at HEC Liège. 
She graduated in 1997 and moved to England where she spent over 12 years working in Motorsports Marketing and Events Management.   
She joined RL:A in 2015 to oversee the financial and administrative side of the practice.
